Yoga is one of my favourite things. In normal times I go to two Iyengar yoga classes each week, but in lockdown they obviously haven’t been running. I can join online classes and I have been practising at home. My usual yoga form is Iyengar yoga which I like because of its precision in getting into poses and holding them. To do this we use a lot of props. Some places provide those props and others expect you to bring your kit.
