Earlier this year we reviewed Bumpeez on 92three30. Now we’ve been sent a Bumpeez Album to test out too.
Setting Up Each Bumpee consists of two parts: a chip and a removable silicon ring. They come in sealed packs of 2 rings and 2 chips with 100 different chips to collect. The album has room to house all 100 Bumpeez chips. It contains a check list of all the Bumpeez and there’s a guide to playing all of the Bumpeez games.
In Play An album like this really appeals to a child’s instinct to collect a set of something, in this case Bumpeez. My son loves that he’s got a special home for his Bumpeez.
What stopped play? The main issue we encountered was that there is nowhere to store the rings that come with the Bumpeez. I can understand why they wouldn’t include them: too bulky and the rings are interchangeable.
Price and Availability I’ve seen the album on sale from £5.95.
Overall If your child is interested in Bumpeez, then this is a useful addition for them. It would make a lovely stocking filler.
