You don’t need to look far through this site to find a pic of H wearing one of his me&i tops. They are consistently the tops that he pulls out of his drawer to put on when he chooses his own clothes. It’s become almost a family joke that all the nice pictures we have of H, are of him wearing me&i. They wear so well to and they look good as new despite a lot of washing.
As before when we have been offered tops to review from me&i I let him pick out his own. I always find this interesting because H loves bright colours and will always pick out something colourful, rather than the dull browns, greys and blues that so many shops seem to think older boys should wear. He picked out this lovely yellow top: I think because of the cat motif. H loves cats. We have two here, Granny has two and Grandma has two. Even when we visit his great-grandmother, her old people’s home has a cat. I wasn’t at all surprised that he picked out the cat one. Like a lot of the me&i designs it’s unisex and could as easily be worn by a girl, which is great if you want to pass clothes down to a sibling of the opposite gender.
So far we are both really pleased with his choice. It’s a top that meets the OEKO-TEX certification standard which is all about sustainable produced textiles. Made from a high quality cotton, the tee is up to me&i’s usual high standards. Going through the wash can be a bit of a test for some garments, but like our previous me&i items, our cat T-shirt came through looking good as new. I can see this top being another regular choice for H.

Oh, lovely bright top which looks absolutely great on H. On occasions when I’ve also let Lewis choose his own clothes he’s always gone for logo’d items where as I’ve kept away from them… although that has something to do with my iron peeling labels lol. Thank you for sharing #TT_Thursday
