Team HotWheels: The Origin of Awesome! came through just before we were due to go on holiday for the week. Given that we had a four-hour drive in the car to do each way, the idea of H having an exciting new DVD to watch seemed like a good one. H loves playing with HotWheels toys so it was likely to be a winner. And it was an exciting DVD and it has been very popular too. H watched it from end to end in the car and then started on the special features.
Gage, Wyatt, Brandon and Rhett are the Team HotWheels kids. On their own they are all skilled racers, but together they become the amazing Team Hot Wheels®. The boys would love to have something come along to make their sleepy town more exciting, so they are keen to find out more when a mysterious black car roars into town with purple exhaust, creating a wild mess of orange track, it’s just the kind of adventure they were after. Then the monsters come along and the boy have to work together to stop the masked villain, battle the monsters and save their town,Hilly Woodlands.
There’s lots of action (of course), a bit of humour and a moral (it’s better to work together than apart). All in all a popular addition to H’s DVD collection.
Sounds like a cool DVD – my boys would like it.
i think L would like this – he has a few hot wheels toys
