In the past, I’ve tried out both Heat Holders leggings and Heat Holders socks and I must admit I’m a bit fan. So I wasn’t about to turn down the chance to try out some Heat Holders tights. I’m always on the look out for clothes that keep me warm during the day, so that I can avoid putting the heating on when I’m home alone.
These tights do a good job of keeping me warm. My legs and lower body were toasty warm. I did find that my toes still got a bit chilly when I was sitting still for a long time, but were fine when I was moving around. I think to some extent that’s inevitable with extremities like toes. I found that they worked well on the school run, but in the cold house, I put on a pair of Heat Holders socks on top.
They’ve washed well and hold their shape while you wear them. There’s none of that bagging at the knees. I’ve noticed a slight tendency to attract fluff, but not so much that it’s a real problem.
I’d certainly recommend them. They do keep you much warmer than ordinary tights and are great as a way of keeping you warm while still looking stylish.
