Get Ready With Me In The Morning #Ad

LQ Liquid Health Skin, Hair, Nails

What are your mornings like? Mine have certainly changed since H went to secondary school last year.  They used to be fairly leisurely as we were always up early and didn’t leave the house until about 8.30, but now we seem to be short on time.  I feel that I’m on the go from the minute I get up. There’s always something that needs doing and there’s only just enough time to get it all done. This is how my morning goes.

The alarm goes off about 6am.  I say about because I wake up to an alarm that is a light that mimics the sunrise, so it’s a gradual thing.  I much prefer this to a sudden noisy awakening and it’s surprisingly effective too (for me at least, it doesn’t seem to work for H).  If the clock says 6 something when I first open my eyes, I’m straight out of bed, even if it’s really hard to do that.  I don’t have much time, so I can’t afford to waste any of it.  It’s downstairs for me to get my first cup of tea and prepare H’s breakfast (and sometimes mine depending on my schedule).  Then it’s back upstairs to attempt to wake the pre-teen.  Most days that’s fairly easy, but sometimes it’s harder than others (the morning after scouts is usually the worst as he’s later to bed then).

Then I have about half an hour to have my cup of tea; check my emails; chat to friends on Twitter; see the news; etc. Then I’m downstairs again to make some sandwiches for H’s lunch and it’s usually while I’m doing this that I drink my LQ Liquid Health.  It’s a little bit of looking after myself amongst the hecticness of the morning routine. The Skin, Hair & Nails formula contains collagen, hyaluronic acid, biotin and resveratrol as well as 5 other active ingredients. I’ve been taking it for a while now and I think my skin is less dry and my nails are growing better too – it’s had quite a noticeable effect as my skin was particularly dry when I started taking it.  My skin seems a bit younger looking too, maybe that’s the collagen.  It’s so easy to take: I just open the little bottle and drink it.  It goes down in a few mouthfuls and has a pleasant taste.

Then I see the time and rush upstairs to get dressed and make sure that my son is getting ready to go too.  We are out of the house before it gets light these days, so we need to get a move on.  Sometimes I’ve home again within 20 minutes and I can get ready for the rest of the day in a more relaxed way.  Other times I’m straight off to the swimming baths to get in my exercise before starting work, so I don’t get back till much later.  It’s nice to know though that I have done something to look after my skin, nails and hair first thing though.

It’s great to hear that you are taking good care of the vital things, like hair skin and nails, as they play a key role in feeling good. Good for you also for getting to the gym before work.
