A few weeks ago I told you about Melijoe, who have some wonderful designer clothes for children. We (H likes to help choose his clothes these days) had a lot of fun selecting some items for his spring wardrobe. For spring, we were looking for some lighter weight trousers that could take him through the spring season and on into summer.
The first pair we picked out were these regular fit pants from Souris Mini. Their casual simple style caught our eye and we both loved the colour. They are a lovely deep blue which teams up well with so many different shades – I’m loving them here teamed up with a bright yellow top. H is very narrow around the waist and these have an adjustable waist (plus there are belt hoops too). There are practical patch pockets at the back as well as ones around the front. The fabric is a good thickness for spring and they feel robust and ideal for a few outdoor adventures.
H often wears chinos when he wants to look a little smarter to a family party maybe or a restaurant lunch. Green was the colour that caught his eye and he fixed on these Ralph Lauren Chinos. A bright, fun green cotton twill has been used to make these trousers and they feel super soft and comfy. They are a regular fit, but H had no problems with the waist.
H loves fun pyjamas and a new pair was top of his list. H loved the space theme on this pair from Petit Bateau. They are made from soft cotton, so they are comfortable to wear, key for pyjamas. With their sportswear look they’re the perfect thing to wear on a sleepover. So far I’m impressed too as they have come through the wash very nicely and are getting plenty of wear.
