Last week I didn’t take feature any pictures of H, so this week I’ve made an effort to take more of him at the weekend or after school. So at the weekend there was some toy testing going on – this is a planetarium.
There has been some cello practice going on after school too. I’ve been encouraging H to use his bow more as he is more comfortable plucking, but of course, the instrument is mostly played with the bow.
Even when I have been taking pictures of H, the cats have got in on the act. This one is a shameless food beggar and is keen to get her teeth into H’s fish fingers. This time though she was disappointed.
The cats have been featuring on Instagram as usual and here’s a pic of some side by side sleeping on H’s bed. H’s bed and the conservatory are the current favourite places. Both rooms are south-facing, which may have something to do with it.
On Friday I went down to London for a new event: Talk to Mums. I had a great time and spent some time with some really outstanding brands. I loved the Cheeky Cow Cheese (50% less fat, but all the taste); I found out more about Mornflakes who are one of our oldest British, family run firms; Method and Ecover were already favourite brands of mine, but who knew they were part of the same company; and I’m yearning for a family holiday in the Caribbean to swim with stingrays in Antigua and Barbuda.
