Last weekend we had snow again. There was quite a lot of it again and like last time it had drifted quite badly as you can see from our roof which was clear in parts and deeply covered in others. In fact, we still saw a few patches of snow yesterday on the way home from school and that was from places where the snow had drifted. I had hoped we could meet up with H’s friend at the weekend, but the snow got in the way of that. In fact, I was beginning to think I was jinxing things as it snowed last time I suggested a meetup too. It wasn’t the most exciting weekend in consequence.
This week has been fairly typical at the moment with my days being spent working on my blog or sorting out stuff that has gone wrong. This week it was my mortgage and my driving license. I think the mortgage is sorted now, but I’m not convinced about the license. The thing is that the time could be better spent and I find it all a bit draining. I took some pictures for the blog there was a watch box, I was reviewing. I’ve also got these sandals to try out if the weather allows.
I’m thinking of reviewing a bit less as I have a new regular piece of work that will take up a bit of time and I need to save time elsewhere. I still have some things that I’ve already committed to though.
It wasn’t all work and no play this week though. I had breakfast out with one friend, lunch with another and then one evening I went to do a food review.
The Indian street food that I reviewed was very tasty and interesting, plus I had good company in a fellow local blogger too. A very pleasant evening.

That food looks delicious! I’d very happily do food reviews!
It was deja vu for us with the snow too – the D of E walk that had been cancelled and rescheduled last time it snowed had to be cancelled and rescheduled again!
I really like the look of those sandals. Here’s hoping they might get an outing in April.

That food looks really good. Glad the mortgage (hopefully) is sorted. All the admin stuff in life seems to be such a faff doesn’t it.

You’ve got a very decent amount of snow! Our was not as deep thankfully. Love the watch box, though I do not wear any watches. I suppose it would be good for jewellery. The full English breakfast looks tasty. Can’t figure out what the yellow pieces are in the small bowl. Mango?

Hope you manage to sort your time out and good luck with the new venture.
What a shame the snow stopped you getting to your meet up.

The food pics look delicious. I think my eyes just hone in on them:D I hadn’t realised your driving licence wasn’t sorted, that’s annoying. Hope they do it soon for you!

I can’t believe how much snow areas of the country have had! We had barely any here in the East Midlands! At least not in my city of residence! That Indian street food looks delicious! x

We had snow that week too, our council decided to close the achool, I missed a Dentist appointment because of it too, Megan loved going out to play in it though, like your roof my garden had deep parts of snow, and my steps had it collected on the sides but we’re clear down the middle, I would love to attend an Indian food event, or any good come to think of it xxx
