Heatholders Leggings Review

Heatholders LeggingsJust before the last cold snap, I was very pleased to open a parcel and find these Heatholders leggings for review.

As you put them on, you can tell that they are going to keep you nicely warm.  They are soft and slightly fluffy inside, which makes them feel very cosy next to your skin.  They’re made from an insulating yarn, which helps give them their 0.63 tog value.

I tried wearing them both on their own with a tunic and under trousers too.  They work fine either way.  Wearing under trousers seemed the perfect option for keeping me warm during H’s rugby training and it helped prevent a tingly, itchy skin feeling I often get if my legs get cold.

The only downside for me is that they are only available in black.  I tend to avoid wearing black because in our house it seems to really show up any cats hairs.

They’re good value and a great way to keep warm without adding too much bulk.  I’ve previously reviewed Heatholders Thermal Socks and in fact, as a family, we’ve bought more since.
