We are alternating warmer clothes with lighter ones at the moment as spring brings its weather unpredictability. At this time of year though, it’s wise to have a waterproof coat to hand to deal with those April showers. I’ve picked out this Souris Mini waterproof as being just the thing to cover spring and summer showers. There’s not too much warmth in the coat, so my boy won’t be sweltering on a humid day. If you need more warmth at this time of year you can pair it with a fleece or a jumper. It’s a practical colour which will suit mums and there’s a hint of the military to it, which boys seem to love. Souris Mini is one of our favourite Melijoe brands and we’ve found their clothes to be stylish, practical and hardwearing.
To provide that extra bit of warmth if the sun’s forgotten to come out to play, a hoodie provides a bit of insulation without being too bulky. I’m loving this Tommy Hilfiger Light Fleece Hoodie. Red is one of our favourite colours and this shade really stands out from the crowd. It’s got the classic Hilfiger branding and little details like the two Hilfiger logo eyelets on the hood.
On days where it starts cool, but the temperature might rise later, I like to go with a long sleeved T. It’s a great way to deal with these spring days and the sleeves can always be rolled up if the sun really gets going. As I said before we love red, it’s H’s favourite colour, so this stripy T from Junior Gaultier is just the sort of thing he’d pick out to wear. I love all the travel stamps that decorate it and I think this would be just the top to take if you were planning a spring break away somewhere abroad.
