  49. i joined the gym 6 mths ago after 20 yrs of leaving so these would be ideal for the treadmill as i have cheap plimsoles which gym instructor said are not supporting my ankles especially as i have Osteoporosis and Sciatica as well

    I’m a runner 2 -3 times a week and the occasional 5 or 10k event. My bog standard trainers bit the dust earlier this year, and the lightweight ones I bought have made a huge difference. I could do with another pair of quality running shoes for when my current pair are caked in mud and need a serious clean up!
