H has tried vitamins before and it hasn’t been a big success. From the vitamin drops that the health visitor recommended because I was breastfeeding rather than bottle feeding (never understood that) to the capsules that we tried just the other week, we haven’t had much luck and they’ve mostly been spat out in disgust.
Imagine my surprise when H liked Bassetts Soft & Chewy Vitamins so much that he kept trying to sneak another one out of the packet. I had to hide them away so he wouldn’t. We tried both the orange flavour and the strawberry pastilles. The orange flavour have proved irresistible, but he likes the strawberry ones too. Both variations of Bassetts Soft & Chewy Vitamins contain a mix of vitamins A, B, C, D and E which all have different jobs to perform for normal healthy functioning.
At the moment Bassetts are running a promotion (make sure you pick up a stickered pack) to get a free soft play session. We put in our postcode and got our closer centre (a wacky warehouse). It’s worth checking before making a special purchase though as there are some areas that don’t seem to have a nearby, participating soft play centre. Soft play is perfect for burning off some energy on a rainy day, but it can get expensive, so it’s nice to have a free session to fall back on.
